The location of this guest house is absolutely fantastic. It sits on top of a hill, right next to the monastery. You also get free entry into the monastery if you stay at the mansion, which is a plus. The guest house works together with the restaurant down the hill, so you can easily have dinner there (which is really the only option you have, since it is further away from the village). Breakfast is also served at the restaurant, NOT at the mansion itself. We had to take the car there, because the road to the guest house has several hairpin bends that go steep downhill/uphill, and we didn't want to walk and climb that early in the morning. But we would say that this climb is definitely worth doing! The food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The best we've had in the whole of Macedonia!
